Amanda Burchmann is the Founder and Director of JAB Agri Solutions, a specialist advisory and education business dedicated to supporting small and emerging livestock producers across Australia.
With a background spanning across agribusiness, legal industry covering wills, EPA’s, estates, conveyancing and trust accounting, compliance, accounting, and business development. Amanda brings a practical, producer-first approach to improving on-farm decision-making, regulatory compliance, and supply chain integrity. She is a Registered BAS Agent with a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and combines commercial acumen with deep industry experience and insight.
Amanda operates her own beef breeding and trading enterprise, grounding her work in real-world production systems. This hands-on experience underpins her ability to translate complex regulatory frameworks—including the National Livestock Identification System (NLIS), Livestock Production Assurance (LPA), and National Vendor Declaration (NVD/eNVD)—into clear, actionable processes for producers.

Matt Brown is the founder of Brown Cattle & Country Consultants, based in Rockhampton, Queensland. With a lifetime of practical experience across diverse cattle country in Queensland, Matt brings deep insight into livestock production, grazing management, and business development. His work spans breeding program design, land condition assessments, cattle marketing, and artificial breeding strategies. Matt has helped countless producers improve productivity and profitability through tailored advice grounded in real-world experience.
Matt has over 20 years of facilitation experience, working with producers, industry groups, and government bodies. He’s led workshops and training sessions across Australia on topics ranging from staff engagement and leadership to breeding objectives and land management. Known for his direct, practical delivery style, Matt specialises in peer-to-peer learning environments that build capability and drive action in grazing businesses.
Through Brown Cattle & Country Consultants, Matt supports cattle producers to make informed decisions that improve long-term sustainability. He is also a key partner in collaborative ventures such as Heartline Grazing, helping develop markets for Wagyu and crossbred cattle while integrating genetics, data, and environmental credentials into business planning.
